Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and drivers.
- Analyze operational metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain partners to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Handle escalated issues and customer complaints with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is preferred.
