Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and packaging.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
