Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by stocking shelves and organizing storage areas according to safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and inventory counts.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer terminals and handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
