Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
