Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock storage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RFID readers.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
