Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Load and Unload Shipment: Receive incoming goods and prepare outbound shipments according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles to ensure optimal workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to our Columbus facility.
