Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling standards are met.
- Space Optimization: Maintain a neat, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred; forklift certification a plus.
