Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 24/7 compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for overnight efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transition
- Resolve operational escalations within SLA timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift focus
- OSHA 30 certification and hazardous materials handling
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and operate powered industrial equipment
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts as needed
