Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners is helpful.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
