Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, check, and record incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours (40 hours/week).
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background and drug screen.
