Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Conduct quality control checks before shipment
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Ave location
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude with team-first mindset
