Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
