As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory levels in the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders according to customer specifications and shipping standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety regulations before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S standards.
- Load/Unload Operations: Safely load and unload trucks using freight docks and loading docks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
