Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met at all times.
- Package and prepare shipments using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records of stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
