Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and scanners.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
