Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage or production areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Organize stockrooms and warehouses in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
