Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as needed.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols strictly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work 4-5 shifts per weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for on-site driving tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and data entry.
