Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize inventory stock in the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USA.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid ID and social security card.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
