Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize, pack, and prepare shipments for local and regional distribution.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) with a valid certification.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
