Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counts and stock organization.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for delivery using proper materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
