Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational workflows to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Conduct thorough inventory audits and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and resolve customer inquiries efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, security measures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to coordinate handovers and project updates.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
