Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage products in preparation for shipping or storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory levels and track shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
