Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials and packages safely and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory
- Complete paperwork and digital records accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
