Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend delivery targets are met
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
