Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Proven track record of inventory accuracy >99%
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
