Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves during off-peak hours to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
