Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person during weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle cash handling and register reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
