Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival and during checkout.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and performance goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver location.
