- Handle returns, exchanges, and basic inventory management.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth weekend operations.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
