Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on weekend coverage.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Update customer records in the CRM system and ensure all data is current and error-free.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to coordinate weekend shipments and deliveries.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
