Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
