- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support weekend event coordination and guest activity planning
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if required for errands)
