Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels during weekend shifts
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries with precision
- Resolve customer concerns promptly using problem-solving skills and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation using property management systems
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
- Assist with event coordination and special request fulfillment for weekend guests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with some holiday flexibility
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-traffic environments
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation a plus
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
