As a Weekend Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Apex Support Solutions, resolving inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate Team Leads or Technical Support department promptly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong typing skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday on a consistent schedule.
