Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
