Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pool, dining, and entertainment venues
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage POS systems with accuracy
- Execute weekend events and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) including holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems and payment processing software
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain within 30 days
