Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients during weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and daily living activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for travel between sites)
- Background check and TB clearance mandatory
