- Lead and mentor weekend front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations during peak weekend shifts, ensuring service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and implement service recovery protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for synchronized operations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with weekend stock management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service leadership experience

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
