Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests across all touchpoints
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and uphold sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend rushes
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) including evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
