Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, network security protocols, and cloud infrastructure
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise clients
- Document incidents, solutions, and system updates using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless weekend handovers
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend/shift work availability
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site visits
