Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support channels
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation protocols
- Document all technical procedures and client interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with on-site teams for complex hardware deployments
- Provide clear technical guidance to non-technical users
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
- Train clients on security protocols and software updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or equivalent technical training
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM-8 PM)
