Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity for remote and on-site users.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks to ensure operational integrity during off-peak hours.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all incidents.
- Hardware Support: Assist in the procurement, setup, and repair of IT equipment, including peripherals and mobile devices.
- User Assistance: Provide friendly and professional technical guidance to staff members via phone, email, or in-person support.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor server status and network performance to proactively identify and mitigate potential downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
