Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates on weekends.
- Assist colleagues with software installations, printer configurations, and account access.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team during shift handover periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk environment.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (40 hours per week).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android/iOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
