Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to ensure seamless coverage.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
