Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Perform system backups, patch management, and security updates during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve complex network connectivity and access control issues.
- Conduct regular hardware audits and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Document all technical procedures and solutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
