Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access during weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal staff and external clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established SLAs.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while resolving complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during the weekend shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
