Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow during shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
