Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Manage order fulfillment processes for weekend rush orders.
- Ensure all stock areas are organized, clean, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Resolve minor customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the floor manager.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
