Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflows during weekend shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Perform end-of-shift closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to maintain consistency across operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
