Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and stock reconciliation during peak weekend hours.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the organization of the warehouse floor to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Process customer returns and handle inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update tracking systems.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and operational standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to bridge gaps between weekend and weekday schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
